These General Terms and Conditions take effect on January 4, 2022. They may be modified at any time. If one or more provisions hereof are or become invalid, they shall be replaced by the applicable legal regulations. This is without prejudice to the validity of the remaining provisions.

ContractMüller History Facts and the buyer enter into a purchase agreement as defined in the Swiss Code of Obligations [Schweizer Obligationenrecht] Art. 184-186 to the inclusion of these General Terms and Conditions. The place of performance for payment and delivery and place of jurisdiction is Andelfingen, Switzerland.
This Contract comes into being by a form-based order placed by telephone, in writing or within the online shop. The buyer agrees that an order confirmation does not have to be issued regardless of the order type. -
Data PrivayAll customer information collected in the course of the business transaction is stored electronically by us for the sole purpose of filling your orders. We will not share your personal data with third parties.
History Facts and its employees undertake to maintain data secrecy insofar as this is required by law.

PaymentMüller History Facts processes book, picture and document orders after prepayment.
Payment by credit card takes place via PayPal. This company enables payment via various credit cards and / or bank accounts. -
Minimum Order ValuePlease note the minimum order value of CHF 10.00. For orders below this, we charge a flat fee of CHF 5.00.

Customers Right to RevokeWe grant our customers a right to revoke purchases as long as the goods are unused, undamaged and still in their original packaging. Based on Swiss Code of Obligations Art. 40d to 40f, we require the following:

The revocation period is 5 (five) days and begins as soon as the customer applies for or accepts the contract and takes note of this right to revoke. The deadline to revoke is deemed to have been met if the revocation declaration is placed in the mail by the fifth day, or if Müller History Facts receives an e-mail by the fifth day.
If the customer revokes an order, the parties must reimburse any services they have already received. The books must be returned to us postage paid using the most favorable shipping method. Please do not return them postage unpaid; any costs for unpaid shipments will be deducted from the amount of the credit note. Once we receive the books, we will transfer the amount of the credit note back to your PayPal account. We cannot reimburse you for services already rendered, such as postage and expedited shipping surcharges. Pursuant to Code of Obligations Art. 402, the customer must reimburse us for these expenses, which will be deducted from the amount of the credit note.
